
Senior Service Supervisor

- Oversee maintenance operations of all properties within the company to ensure they are well-maintained and meet company standards.
- Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and support.
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures and policies to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Monitor and control maintenance expenses, ensuring they are within budget.
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify any maintenance issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate and schedule maintenance work, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and importance.
- Handle resident complaints and concerns related to maintenance and ensure prompt resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and expenses.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as leasing and management, to ensure a seamless and positive resident experience.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations in property maintenance, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to maintenance staff.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols.
- Promote a positive work environment and foster teamwork among maintenance staff.
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors for maintenance services.
- Participate in company meetings and trainings as required.
Extensive Experience In Property Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Property Management, Preferably In A Senior Or Supervisory Role. This Should Include Experience In Managing A Team And Overseeing Various Aspects Of Property Operations Such As Leasing, Maintenance, And Resident Relations.
Strong Leadership Skills: As A Senior Service Supervisor, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Managing A Team Of Service Technicians And Maintenance Staff. Therefore, Strong Leadership Skills Are Essential, Including The Ability To Motivate And Guide Team Members, Delegate Tasks Effectively, And Handle Conflicts And Challenges.
Knowledge Of Industry Regulations And Best Practices: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Industry Regulations And Best Practices Related To Property Management And Maintenance. This Includes Knowledge Of Fair Housing Laws, Safety Protocols, And Maintenance Procedures To Ensure Compliance And Efficient Operations.
