
Rosie- Lease Up Community Manager

As the Community Manager, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and vibrant community for our residents. - Manage daily operations of the Rosie apartment community, including leasing, marketing, resident relations, and maintenance.
- Create and implement leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to maintain competitive advantage.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and current residents to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates.
- Train and supervise leasing and maintenance staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations.
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Conduct property tours and effectively communicate the features and benefits of the community to potential residents.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of leasing activities, resident information, and financials.
- Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, including unit inspections and lease signings.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the local rental market and adjust pricing and leasing strategies accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with all fair housing laws and company policies.
- Handle resident complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor and control expenses to maximize profitability.
- Stay updated on all legal and regulatory requirements related to property management.
- Participate in regular meetings with upper management to provide updates and discuss strategies for improving the community's performance.
- Continuously strive to enhance the overall resident experience and community atmosphere.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Real Estate, Or A Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills.
Strong Knowledge Of Fair Housing Laws And Regulations.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Property Management, Preferably In Lease Up Communities.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing A High Occupancy Rate And Meeting Leasing Goals.
