- Oversee the day-to-day operations of residential communities to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
- Develop and implement strategies to create a welcoming and vibrant community for residents.
- Manage and supervise a team of resident services staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Monitor and maintain resident satisfaction levels, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Collaborate with leasing and marketing teams to attract and retain residents through exceptional customer service.
- Maintain a high level of communication with residents, addressing any questions or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as applicable laws and regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections of the community to identify any areas for improvement and take necessary action.
- Manage and track resident feedback, utilizing it to improve services and resident experience.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses and organizations to enhance resident experience and promote the community.
- Create and manage resident events and activities to foster a sense of community and engagement.
- Monitor and manage community budgets and expenses to ensure financial goals are being met.
- Conduct regular training and development sessions for resident services staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve resident services.
- Work closely with the property manager and other team members to achieve overall community goals and objectives.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Real Estate, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Property Management, With At Least 2 Years In A Supervisory Role.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Residents, Team Members, And Vendors.
Knowledge Of Fair Housing Laws And Other Relevant Regulations.
Strong Organizational And Problem-Solving Skills To Effectively Handle Resident Concerns And Administrative Tasks.
