
Resident Services Manager

- Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents through effective communication, exceptional customer service, and prompt resolution of any issues or concerns.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of resident services, including coordinating move-ins and move-outs, handling lease renewals, and managing resident inquiries and requests.
- Work closely with the property management team to ensure that all resident needs are met and that the property is well-maintained and in compliance with company standards.
- Train and supervise resident services staff to ensure they are providing high-quality service and representing the company in a professional manner.
- Develop and implement resident retention strategies to foster a sense of community and enhance resident satisfaction.
- Plan and execute resident events and activities to promote a sense of community and build relationships with residents.
- Collaborate with marketing and leasing teams to attract and retain residents through effective marketing strategies and resident referral programs.
- Monitor and analyze resident satisfaction and feedback, and take proactive measures to address any areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to resident services, including lease agreements, resident communications, and maintenance requests.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in resident services and property management, and make recommendations for process improvements and enhancements to the resident experience.
Knowledge Of Fair Housing Laws And Regulations.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Property Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Property Management, Preferably In A Residential Setting.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team.
Experience With Budgeting, Financial Reporting, And Vendor Management.
