- Provide exceptional customer service to all residents, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Act as the main point of contact for residents, building strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met.
- Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, including conducting apartment inspections and ensuring units are move-in ready.
- Monitor and respond to resident inquiries and requests through various communication channels.
- Maintain accurate resident records and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed and filed.
- Collaborate with property management team to develop and implement resident retention strategies.
- Plan and coordinate resident events and activities to foster a sense of community within the property.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure all common areas and amenities are well-maintained and address any issues promptly.
- Assist with leasing duties, including conducting property tours and processing lease applications.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes to ensure the best possible service is provided to residents.
- Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations and resident satisfaction.
- Assist with budget management and tracking of resident-related expenses.
- Adhere to Fair Housing laws and maintain confidentiality of resident information.
- Handle resident complaints or emergencies in a calm and professional manner.
- Continuously seek ways to improve resident experience and provide feedback and suggestions to management.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Property Management Or Social Services.
Bachelor's Degree In Social Work, Human Services, Or Related Field.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Residents And Community Partners.
Knowledge Of Local Resources And Services For Low-Income Individuals And Families.
Experience In Creating And Implementing Programs And Initiatives To Enhance Resident Satisfaction And Community Involvement.
