
Resident Services Coordinator

- Provide excellent customer service to all residents, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all resident inquiries, complaints, and requests.
- Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for residents, visitors, and prospective tenants.
- Coordinate and facilitate resident events and activities to promote a sense of community and resident engagement.
- Assist with leasing and marketing efforts by conducting property tours and promoting resident retention.
- Maintain accurate records of resident information, including move-in and move-out dates, lease agreements, and maintenance requests.
- Monitor and address resident satisfaction through regular surveys and follow-up actions.
- Collaborate with property management and maintenance teams to ensure prompt resolution of resident issues.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the property and its amenities to effectively communicate with residents and prospects.
- Stay informed of local market trends and competition to make recommendations for improving resident satisfaction and retention.
- Uphold all fair housing laws and company policies to ensure a discrimination-free environment.
- Regularly communicate with residents about community news, updates, and any changes to policies or procedures.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance customer service skills and knowledge of the industry.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
Knowledge Of Fair Housing Laws And Regulations.
Bachelor's Degree In Social Work, Human Services, Or A Related Field.
Previous Experience In Property Management Or Resident Services.
Strong Communication And Problem-Solving Skills.
Ability To Work Independently And Collaboratively With A Diverse Group Of Residents, Team Members, And Community Partners.
