- Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
- Serve as the main point of contact for resident inquiries, concerns, and requests, handling them promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate and oversee all resident services and events, such as social gatherings, maintenance requests, and community amenities.
- Maintain accurate records of resident interactions and service requests, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Collaborate with property management team to identify areas of improvement and implement strategies to enhance the resident experience.
- Conduct regular outreach and communication with residents to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.
- Assist with the leasing process by providing tours and information to prospective residents, and facilitating the move-in process for new residents.
- Monitor and maintain the community's online presence and reputation, responding to reviews and addressing any concerns.
- Serve as a liaison between residents and property management team, effectively communicating and managing expectations on both sides.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in resident services, constantly seeking ways to improve and innovate our offerings.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with fair housing laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with marketing team to promote resident events and services, creating a sense of community and belonging for our residents.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as managing resident files, processing invoices, and maintaining accurate records.
- Support overall property operations and resident retention efforts by participating in property meetings and contributing to team goals.
- Represent Greystar Real Estate Partners in a professional and positive manner at all times, embodying our commitment to exceptional customer service.
Bachelor's Degree In Social Work, Human Services, Or A Related Field
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills
Knowledge Of Fair Housing Laws And Regulations
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Property Management Or Social Services
Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Property Management Software Systems.
