As the Resident Services Coordinator, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable community for our residents.   1. Greet and welcome residents, guests, and potential tenants with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  2. Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
  3. Serve as the main point of contact for residents, addressing any inquiries, concerns, or complaints in a timely and effective manner.
  4. Coordinate and assist with resident events and activities to foster a sense of community within the property.
  5. Conduct regular surveys and gather feedback from residents to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  6. Collaborate with the leasing and maintenance teams to ensure a seamless move-in and move-out process for residents.
  7. Maintain accurate and organized resident records, including lease agreements, move-in/move-out documentation, and resident contact information.
  8. Monitor and manage resident communication platforms, such as email, resident portal, and social media, to keep residents informed and engaged.
  9. Assist with lease renewals and leasing efforts by providing exceptional customer service and promoting resident satisfaction.
  10. Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitors' offerings to make recommendations for improving resident services and amenities.
