  1. Manage and oversee all aspects of resident services, including maintenance, repair, and customer service.
  2. Develop and implement maintenance and service schedules to ensure the timely completion of all tasks and projects.
  3. Train, supervise, and evaluate a team of maintenance technicians to ensure high-quality work and excellent customer service.
  4. Act as the main point of contact for resident inquiries, concerns, and complaints, and ensure timely and satisfactory resolutions.
  5. Conduct regular inspections of the community to identify and address any maintenance or safety issues.
  6. Maintain accurate records and documentation of maintenance requests, work orders, and completed tasks.
  7. Coordinate with vendors and contractors for major repairs and renovations.
  8. Manage community budgets and expenses related to maintenance and repair.
  9. Collaborate with the leasing team to ensure a seamless move-in and move-out process for residents.
  10. Continuously seek ways to improve and enhance the resident experience, and implement new initiatives as needed.
  11. Stay up-to-date on industry standards and regulations related to maintenance and customer service.
  12. Foster a positive and professional work environment and act as a role model for other team members.
  13. Conduct regular training and development sessions for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  14. Participate in regular meetings with senior management to discuss community performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
  15. Adhere to all company policies and procedures and maintain a high level of confidentiality.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Property Management Experience: The Ideal Candidate For The Resident Service Manager, Senior Technician Position Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Property Management, Preferably In A Supervisory Role.

  • Strong Technical Skills: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Property Maintenance And Repair, Including Plumbing, Electrical, And Hvac Systems. Experience With Property Management Software And Other Relevant Technology Is Also Desirable.

  • Excellent Leadership Skills: As A Senior Technician, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Managing And Leading A Team Of Technicians. Therefore, Strong Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Delegate Tasks, Provide Guidance, And Resolve Conflicts, Are Essential.

  • Exceptional Customer Service Skills: The Candidate Should Have A Track Record Of Providing Excellent Customer Service, As They Will Be The Primary Point Of Contact For Residents And Will Need To Handle Their Inquiries And Concerns In A Professional And Timely Manner.

  • Knowledge Of Local Laws And Regulations: The Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Local Laws And Regulations Related To Property Management And Maintenance, Including Safety And Environmental Standards. This Knowledge Will Ensure That The Property Is Well-Maintained And In Compliance With All Relevant Laws And Regulations.
