- Manage and oversee all aspects of resident services, including maintenance, repair, and customer service.
- Develop and implement maintenance and service schedules to ensure the timely completion of all tasks and projects.
- Train, supervise, and evaluate a team of maintenance technicians to ensure high-quality work and excellent customer service.
- Act as the main point of contact for resident inquiries, concerns, and complaints, and ensure timely and satisfactory resolutions.
- Conduct regular inspections of the community to identify and address any maintenance or safety issues.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of maintenance requests, work orders, and completed tasks.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for major repairs and renovations.
- Manage community budgets and expenses related to maintenance and repair.
- Collaborate with the leasing team to ensure a seamless move-in and move-out process for residents.
- Continuously seek ways to improve and enhance the resident experience, and implement new initiatives as needed.
- Stay up-to-date on industry standards and regulations related to maintenance and customer service.
- Foster a positive and professional work environment and act as a role model for other team members.
- Conduct regular training and development sessions for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Participate in regular meetings with senior management to discuss community performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Extensive Property Management Experience: The Ideal Candidate For The Resident Service Manager, Senior Technician Position Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Property Management, Preferably In A Supervisory Role.
Strong Technical Skills: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Property Maintenance And Repair, Including Plumbing, Electrical, And Hvac Systems. Experience With Property Management Software And Other Relevant Technology Is Also Desirable.
Excellent Leadership Skills: As A Senior Technician, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Managing And Leading A Team Of Technicians. Therefore, Strong Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Delegate Tasks, Provide Guidance, And Resolve Conflicts, Are Essential.
Exceptional Customer Service Skills: The Candidate Should Have A Track Record Of Providing Excellent Customer Service, As They Will Be The Primary Point Of Contact For Residents And Will Need To Handle Their Inquiries And Concerns In A Professional And Timely Manner.
