  1. Oversee a portfolio of properties and ensure their success by implementing effective management strategies.
  2. Develop and maintain positive relationships with property owners, residents, and vendors.
  3. Monitor and analyze property performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing action plans to optimize results.
  4. Develop and manage property budgets, ensuring financial goals are met.
  5. Lead and manage property management teams, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
  6. Conduct regular property inspections and ensure properties are well-maintained and in compliance with all regulations and standards.
  7. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract and retain residents.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, implementing innovative ideas to drive property success.
  9. Handle escalated resident and property issues, finding timely and effective resolutions.
  10. Prepare and present reports on property performance, highlighting successes and identifying areas for improvement.
  11. Communicate regularly with upper management to provide updates on property performance and make recommendations for improvement.
  12. Manage property acquisitions and dispositions, ensuring a smooth transition and maximizing property value.
  13. Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the company in a positive manner at all times.
  14. Collaborate with other regional managers to share best practices and drive company-wide success.
  15. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to enhance property performance and resident satisfaction.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Real Estate, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Property Management, Preferably In A Regional Or Multi-Site Role.

  • Knowledge Of Local And State Laws And Regulations Related To Property Management.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Manage And Motivate A Team.

  • Proficiency In Property Management Software And Microsoft Office Suite.
