  1. Oversee and manage all aspects of office operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
  2. Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment for employees, clients, and guests.
  3. Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling office correspondence.
  4. Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for employees.
  5. Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring that they are always fully stocked and in good working condition.
  6. Provide support to employees by handling HR-related tasks, such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
  7. Ensure all office policies and procedures are up-to-date and adhered to by all employees.
  8. Manage office budget and expenses, including tracking and reporting on expenditures.
  9. Act as a liaison between employees and upper management, relaying important information and addressing any concerns or issues.
  10. Maintain accurate and organized office records and files.
  11. Assist with special projects and events, such as company meetings or team-building activities.
  12. Continuously seek ways to improve office efficiency and effectiveness.
  13. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication.
  14. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure the office is operating at the highest level.
  15. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
