As a Multi Site Community Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and profitability of each community by providing strong leadership, implementing effective management strategies, and delivering exceptional customer service.   1. Oversee and manage multiple multi-family residential properties in our growing portfolio.
  2. Develop and implement effective management strategies to ensure the success and profitability of each community.
  3. Provide strong leadership and guidance to property management teams.
  4. Cultivate a positive and welcoming environment for residents by delivering exceptional customer service.
  5. Monitor and analyze financial performance of each community, and take action to improve profitability.
  6. Conduct regular property inspections to ensure maintenance and upkeep standards are met.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective property maintenance.
  8. Recruit, train, and supervise property management staff to ensure a high level of performance.
  9. Resolve resident complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  10. Stay updated on local market trends and competition to inform decision-making and drive property performance.
  11. Collaborate with marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract and retain residents.
  12. Develop and maintain a positive relationship with residents, fostering a sense of community and promoting a high-quality living experience.
  13. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
  14. Create and maintain budgets for each property, monitor expenses, and make adjustments as needed.
  15. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Management, Real Estate, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Property Management, With At Least 2 Years In A Multi-Site Or Regional Role.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Manage And Motivate Teams Across Multiple Locations.

  • Proficiency In Property Management Software And Technology, As Well As A Strong Understanding Of Financial And Operational Reporting.

  • Knowledge Of Fair Housing Laws And Regulations, As Well As Experience With Budget Management And Cost Control Strategies.
