- Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple properties to ensure efficient and effective functioning.
- Work closely with on-site teams to ensure exceptional service and satisfaction for residents.
- Develop and implement strategies to maintain high occupancy rates and attract potential residents.
- Train and mentor on-site teams to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional service.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance of properties, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure properties are well-maintained and meet company standards.
- Handle resident inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner, and implement solutions to resolve issues.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective property maintenance.
- Ensure all properties are in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Collaborate with other departments and teams within the company to achieve company objectives and goals.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the company's property management strategies.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
- Prepare and present regular reports on property performance and resident satisfaction to senior management.
- Adhere to company values and maintain a positive work environment for employees.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Property Management, Preferably In A Multi-Site Or Regional Role
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team
Extensive Knowledge Of Property Management Software, Such As Yardi Or Mri
Experience In Budgeting, Financial Analysis, And Strategic Planning For Multiple Properties.
