- Oversee the operations of multiple multi-family communities, ensuring they are running efficiently and effectively.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase occupancy and revenue across all communities.
- Hire, train, and manage a team of property managers and leasing agents to ensure a high level of customer service and resident satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance of communities, making recommendations for cost-saving measures and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop and implement marketing plans to attract and retain residents.
- Stay updated on local market trends and competition to inform pricing and marketing strategies.
- Maintain a strong relationship with current and prospective residents, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensure all properties are compliant with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance are being met.

Experience In Property Management: A Multi Site Community Manager At Greystar Real Estate Partners Should Have A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Property Management, With A Proven Track Record Of Overseeing Multiple Properties.
