1. Oversee and manage all technology needs for properties within the Greystar Real Estate Partners portfolio.
2. Develop and implement technology strategies and solutions to improve efficiency and productivity of properties.
3. Evaluate and select appropriate technology systems and software for properties.
4. Ensure all properties have necessary technology infrastructure and support in place.
5. Monitor and maintain technology systems to ensure optimal performance and security.
6. Train and support property staff on technology systems and processes.
7. Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and implement solutions.
8. Manage technology budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented.
9. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to make recommendations for improvement.
10. Act as a liaison between property staff and external technology vendors.
11. Develop and maintain relationships with technology partners and vendors.
12. Oversee the implementation of new technology systems and processes.
13. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company technology policies and procedures.
14. Provide technical support to property staff and troubleshoot any technology issues.
15. Develop and maintain documentation and user guides for technology systems.
16. Communicate with upper management on technology updates, challenges, and solutions.
17. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the technology services team.
18. Continuously seek feedback from residents and property staff to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
19. Stay informed on industry regulations and compliance standards related to technology and ensure properties are in compliance.
20. Represent Greystar Real Estate Partners as a technology expert at industry events and conferences.
