Technical Skills: A Maintenance Technician At Greystar Real Estate Partners Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Building Systems And Equipment Such As Hvac, Plumbing, Electrical, And Carpentry. They Should Also Possess The Necessary Skills To Troubleshoot And Repair These Systems.
Experience: Ideally, Candidates Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience Working In A Similar Role, Preferably In The Real Estate Or Property Management Industry. This Experience Should Include Knowledge Of Preventative Maintenance, Repairs, And General Building Upkeep.
