- Oversee and manage all aspects of the property's maintenance operations.
- Develop and implement maintenance policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Train and supervise maintenance staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify and address any maintenance issues.
- Coordinate and schedule maintenance tasks, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, expenses, and inventory.
- Communicate with residents to address any maintenance concerns and ensure resident satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as leasing and management, to ensure seamless operations.
- Monitor and manage vendor relationships to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in maintenance to continuously improve operations.
- Adhere to all safety and compliance regulations and ensure the property is in compliance at all times.
- Assist with budget planning and cost control measures to maximize profitability.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for maintenance staff.
- Handle emergency maintenance situations and make timely and appropriate decisions.
- Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In Facilities Management, Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Maintenance Management, Preferably In The Real Estate Or Property Management Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Building Systems, Equipment, And Maintenance Processes.
Proven Leadership And Team Management Skills.
