Maintenance Lead

4. Prioritize and delegate tasks to team members, while also being hands-on when necessary.
5. Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with company standards.

7. Communicate with property managers and residents to address maintenance concerns and ensure resident satisfaction.
8. Act as a liaison between the maintenance team and other departments to ensure efficient communication and coordination.
9. Manage maintenance budget and expenses, including identifying cost-saving opportunities and negotiating contracts with vendors.
10. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
11. Train and mentor maintenance team members to develop their skills and maintain a high level of performance.
12. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments in property maintenance to continuously improve processes and procedures.
13. Handle emergency maintenance situations and provide after-hours support when necessary.
14. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all maintenance activities.
15. Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement ways to improve the overall resident experience.
