  1. Plan and execute a variety of events and programs that cater to the diverse resident population.
  2. Create a vibrant and engaging community for residents.
  3. Collaborate with team members to develop and implement strategies for enhancing the overall resident experience.
  4. Communicate effectively with residents, team members, and external vendors to ensure successful event planning and execution.
  5. Manage event budgets and track expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses and organizations to provide unique and beneficial opportunities for residents.
  7. Coordinate and oversee resident communication channels, such as newsletters and social media platforms.
  8. Act as a liaison between residents and management to address concerns, requests, and suggestions related to community events and programs.
  9. Conduct research and stay updated on current industry trends to continuously improve and innovate resident events and programs.
  10. Maintain accurate records and reports of event attendance, feedback, and expenses.
  11. Assist with community marketing efforts by promoting events and programs to potential and current residents.
  12. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a cohesive and seamless resident experience.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as local laws and regulations, when planning and executing events.
  14. Attend regular team meetings and training sessions to stay informed and contribute ideas for improving resident engagement and satisfaction.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the resident experience and contribute to the overall success of the community.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Hospitality, Event Planning, Or Recreation Management.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In The Real Estate Or Multifamily Industry.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Residents, Community Partners, And Team Members.

  • Proven Ability To Plan And Execute A Variety Of Events And Activities, Including Budget Management And Vendor Coordination.

  • Knowledge Of Current Trends In Health And Wellness, Social Engagement, And Community Programming To Create Dynamic And Engaging Lifestyle Experiences For Residents.
