  1. Conduct property tours and effectively communicate the features and benefits of our properties to potential residents.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with prospective and current residents to ensure high occupancy rates.
  3. Utilize strong sales techniques to close deals and meet leasing/sales goals.
  4. Respond to inquiries and follow up with leads in a timely manner.
  5. Collaborate with marketing team to develop and implement effective advertising strategies.
  6. Stay up-to-date on market trends and competition to make informed pricing and marketing decisions.
  7. Conduct market research to identify potential leads and target demographics.
  8. Maintain accurate and organized leasing/sales records and reports.
  9. Provide exceptional customer service to enhance resident satisfaction and retention.
  10. Attend networking events and build relationships with local businesses and organizations to generate leads.
  11. Stay knowledgeable about all aspects of the properties, including amenities, leasing/sales policies, and community events.
  12. Maintain a professional and positive demeanor when interacting with potential and current residents.
  13. Collaborate with property management team to ensure a seamless leasing and sales process.
  14. Meet and exceed leasing/sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.
