3. Act as a brand ambassador for Greystar, promoting our company and properties to potential tenants.
4. Utilize strong sales skills to effectively market and lease available units, using persuasive techniques to close deals and drive occupancy.
5. Conduct property tours for potential tenants, highlighting key features and amenities and addressing any questions or concerns.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any issues that may arise.
7. Coordinate and complete all necessary paperwork and documentation for leasing and move-ins, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
8. Collaborate with property management and maintenance teams to ensure all units are move-in ready and maintained to our high standards.
9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions to effectively promote and market properties to potential tenants.
10. Meet or exceed leasing and occupancy goals set by management, contributing to the overall success of the company.
11. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, fostering a welcoming and enjoyable environment for tenants and colleagues alike.
12. Continuously seek opportunities to improve leasing processes and procedures, making suggestions for enhancements and implementing best practices.
13. Attend regular training and development programs to stay current on company policies and procedures, leasing techniques, and fair housing laws.
14. Adhere to all fair housing laws and regulations, ensuring all leasing activities are conducted in an ethical and legal manner.
15. Perform other duties as assigned by management, supporting the overall success and growth of the company.
