Greystar Real Estate Partners is seeking a highly motivated Lease Up Community Manager to join our team and lead the lease-up of one of our newest luxury properties. As the face of our community, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of leasing, marketing, and resident relations.   1. Oversee and manage all aspects of leasing at the new luxury property, including marketing, lead generation, and resident relations.
  2. Develop and implement a comprehensive leasing strategy to achieve maximum occupancy and revenue goals.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, residents, and the local community to foster a positive and welcoming environment.
  4. Train, coach, and manage a team of leasing professionals to ensure they are providing exceptional customer service and meeting leasing targets.
  5. Create and maintain a high-quality and visually appealing leasing office and model units to attract potential residents.
  6. Stay up-to-date on market trends and competition to adjust leasing strategies accordingly.
  7. Collaborate with the property management team to ensure all leasing processes and procedures are in compliance with company standards and local laws.
  8. Coordinate and host resident events and promotions to maintain resident satisfaction and retention.
  9. Utilize various marketing tools and platforms to generate leads and increase property visibility.
  10. Monitor and track leasing metrics and provide regular reports to upper management on leasing progress and areas for improvement.
  11. Manage the lease-up budget and ensure all expenses are within budget constraints.
  12. Demonstrate a professional and positive image for the community and company at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience In Property Management: A Lease Up Community Manager Must Have Prior Experience In Property Management, Preferably In A Lease Up Community. This Includes Knowledge Of Leasing, Marketing, Resident Relations, And Financial Management.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: As A Community Manager, One Must Be Able To Lead And Motivate A Team Of Leasing Consultants, Maintenance Staff, And Other Employees To Ensure The Community Runs Smoothly And Efficiently.

  • Marketing And Leasing Expertise: A Lease Up Community Manager Must Have A Strong Understanding Of Marketing And Leasing Strategies To Attract And Retain Residents. This Includes Knowledge Of Online And Offline Marketing Techniques, As Well As The Ability To Develop And Implement Effective Leasing Plans.

  • Financial Management Skills: A Lease Up Community Manager Is Responsible For Managing The Community's Budget, Expenses, And Revenue. Therefore, Strong Financial Management Skills, Including Budgeting, Forecasting, And Financial Analysis, Are Essential For This Role.

  • Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills: A Lease Up Community Manager Must Have Excellent Communication Skills To Effectively Interact With Residents, Potential Residents, And Team Members. This Includes The Ability To Handle Resident Concerns And Complaints In A Professional And Timely Manner, As Well As Maintain Positive Relationships With All Stakeholders.
