
Lease-Up Community Manager

- Develop and implement effective marketing and leasing strategies to achieve high occupancy levels and meet leasing goals.
- Oversee the successful lease-up and management of a brand new luxury apartment community.
- Manage all aspects of the leasing process, including conducting property tours, responding to inquiries, and preparing lease agreements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, residents, and team members.
- Train, motivate, and supervise leasing and support staff to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitors to make recommendations for pricing and promotions.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of leasing activity and resident information.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective advertising and promotional materials.
- Conduct regular property inspections and ensure that the community is well-maintained and meets company standards.
- Address and resolve resident concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure compliance with fair housing laws and company policies.
- Prepare and manage the community's budget, including forecasting and tracking expenses.
- Communicate and coordinate with contractors and vendors for necessary repairs and maintenance.
- Participate in company training and development programs to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Represent the company in a professional manner and promote a positive image of the property and company.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Real Estate, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Property Management, Preferably In Lease-Up Communities
Strong Leadership And Management Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Motivate A Team
Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Residents, Vendors, And Corporate Stakeholders
