Greystar Real Estate Partners is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lease-Up Community Manager to join our team and help us achieve our goal of creating exceptional living experiences for our residents.As a Lease-Up Community Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful lease-up and management of a brand new luxury apartment community. You will be the driving force behind all marketing and leasing efforts, ensuring that occupancy goals are met and resident satisfaction is achieved. Your strong leadership skills and ability to build and maintain relationships will be essential to the success of this role.To excel in this position, you must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in property management, with at least 1 year in a lease-up or sales role. A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.   1. Develop and implement effective marketing and leasing strategies to achieve high occupancy levels and meet leasing goals.
  2. Oversee the successful lease-up and management of a brand new luxury apartment community.
  3. Manage all aspects of the leasing process, including conducting property tours, responding to inquiries, and preparing lease agreements.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, residents, and team members.
  5. Train, motivate, and supervise leasing and support staff to ensure exceptional customer service.
  6. Monitor and analyze market trends and competitors to make recommendations for pricing and promotions.
  7. Maintain accurate and updated records of leasing activity and resident information.
  8. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective advertising and promotional materials.
  9. Conduct regular property inspections and ensure that the community is well-maintained and meets company standards.
  10. Address and resolve resident concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  11. Ensure compliance with fair housing laws and company policies.
  12. Prepare and manage the community's budget, including forecasting and tracking expenses.
  13. Communicate and coordinate with contractors and vendors for necessary repairs and maintenance.
  14. Participate in company training and development programs to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
  15. Represent the company in a professional manner and promote a positive image of the property and company.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Real Estate, Or A Related Field
