- Serve as the primary point of contact for all resident inquiries and requests, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction at all times.
- Lead and manage a team of concierge staff, providing training, guidance, and support as needed.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, building a sense of community and trust.
- Create and implement innovative programs and services to enhance the resident experience.
- Oversee the daily operations of the concierge desk, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Manage resident packages and deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate distribution.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance and leasing, to address resident needs and concerns.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of resident interactions and requests.
- Identify and resolve any potential issues or conflicts with residents in a professional and timely manner.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure that all concierge staff adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to concierge staff.
- Monitor and manage the concierge budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Participate in the hiring and training of new concierge staff.
- Serve as a role model for exceptional customer service and professionalism.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Customer Service Or Hospitality Industry, With At Least 2 Years In A Leadership Role.
Strong Interpersonal And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With A Diverse Group Of People.
Proven Track Record Of Delivering Exceptional Customer Service And Exceeding Customer Expectations.
Knowledge Of Property Management Systems And Experience With Concierge Software And Technology.
Ability To Multitask And Prioritize Tasks In A Fast-Paced Environment, With Strong Organizational And Time Management Skills.
