We are currently seeking a highly motivated and personable individual to join our team as a Lead Concierge. As the first point of contact for our community, the Lead Concierge plays a crucial role in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our residents and guests. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.   1. Greet and welcome residents and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Serve as the first point of contact for any inquiries or concerns from residents or guests.
  3. Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for residents and guests by providing exceptional customer service.
  4. Maintain a thorough knowledge of the property and its amenities to effectively assist residents and guests.
  5. Assist with organizing and coordinating resident events and activities.
  6. Manage and maintain resident and guest records, including contact information and special requests.
  7. Handle all incoming and outgoing packages and mail for residents.
  8. Serve as a liaison between residents and property management to address and resolve any issues or concerns.
  9. Train and supervise other concierge staff members.
  10. Maintain a clean and organized lobby area.
  11. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and enjoyable living experience for residents.
  12. Remain up-to-date on local events and attractions to provide recommendations and assistance to residents and guests.
  13. Utilize strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  14. Uphold and enforce property policies and procedures.
  15. Continuously strive to improve the resident experience and provide exceptional service.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Customer Service Skills: A Lead Concierge At Greystar Real Estate Partners Should Possess Excellent Customer Service Skills, Including The Ability To Handle Difficult Situations With Tact And Professionalism.

  • Experience In Hospitality Or Property Management: Previous Experience In Hospitality Or Property Management Is Highly Desirable For A Lead Concierge Position. This Includes Experience In Managing A Team And Providing Exceptional Service To Residents Or Guests.

  • Organizational And Time Management Skills: The Lead Concierge Will Be Responsible For Overseeing The Daily Operations Of The Concierge Desk, As Well As Managing Schedules And Coordinating Tasks For The Concierge Team. Therefore, Strong Organizational And Time Management Skills Are Essential For Success In This Role.

  • Knowledge Of Local Area: A Lead Concierge Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of The Local Area, Including Knowledge Of Popular Restaurants, Entertainment Venues, And Transportation Options. This Will Enable Them To Provide Valuable Recommendations And Assistance To Residents And Guests.

  • Leadership And Teamwork Abilities: As A Lead Concierge, One Must Be Able To Lead And Motivate A Team Of Concierge Staff While Also Working Collaboratively With Other Departments, Such As Property Management And Maintenance. Strong Leadership And Teamwork Abilities Are Essential For Creating A Positive And Efficient Work Environment.
