- Support deal closing: Collaborate with legal and finance teams to facilitate the closing of real estate investment deals.
- Maintain accurate records: Maintain accurate and organized records of investment opportunities, financial models, and due diligence reports.
- Adhere to company standards: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines while conducting investment analysis and making recommendations.
- Foster relationships: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including brokers, developers, and other industry professionals.
- Continuously improve processes: Continuously review and improve investment analysis processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Real Estate Investment Analysis.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Financial Modeling And Valuation Techniques.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Financial Concepts To Stakeholders.
