- Conduct routine inspections of the property to identify and address any maintenance or landscaping needs.
- Ensure all common areas, such as sidewalks, parking lots, and pool areas, are kept clean and well-maintained.
- Assist with the preparation of vacant units for new residents, including cleaning and minor repairs.
- Communicate with residents in a professional and courteous manner, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a seamless and efficient maintenance and landscaping operation.
- Report any safety hazards or maintenance issues to the appropriate supervisor.
