6. Assist with the installation of new landscaping features or improvements, as needed.
7. Operate and maintain landscaping equipment, such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and leaf blowers.
8. Communicate with residents and visitors in a friendly and professional manner, addressing any questions or concerns related to the outdoor spaces.
9. Maintain an inventory of landscaping supplies and equipment, and report any needs for restocking or repairs.
10. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while performing job duties.
11. Work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with other groundskeepers and property management to ensure the property's overall upkeep.
12. Continuously seek ways to improve the appearance and functionality of the property's outdoor spaces.
13. Keep accurate records of work performed, including maintenance logs and supply usage.
14. Keep up-to-date with industry developments and trends in landscaping and outdoor maintenance.
