
Event & Lifestyle Coordinator

- Plan and execute events: The primary responsibility of this role is to plan and execute a wide range of events, both large and small, for our residents. This includes coordinating all aspects of the event, from selecting the venue and creating the event concept to managing the budget and executing all logistical details.
- Create memorable experiences: The Event & Lifestyle Coordinator will be responsible for creating unique and memorable experiences for our residents. This may include themed events, holiday celebrations, community outreach initiatives, and more.
- Attention to detail: A key responsibility of this role is to have a keen eye for detail and ensure that all aspects of the event are planned and executed flawlessly. This includes managing event timelines, coordinating with vendors and suppliers, and overseeing event setup and breakdown.
- Foster resident relationships: The Event & Lifestyle Coordinator will play a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships with our residents. This includes understanding their interests and preferences and incorporating them into event planning to create a strong sense of community.
- Collaborate with team: This role requires working closely with our team to bring our communities to life. This includes collaborating with other departments to align on event goals and executing events that align with our company's vision and values.
- Stay updated on industry trends: The Event & Lifestyle Coordinator should stay updated on industry trends and best practices in event planning to ensure our events are fresh, innovative, and engaging for our residents.
- Manage budget: This role will be responsible for managing event budgets, negotiating contracts with vendors, and ensuring events are executed within budget constraints.
- Handle event marketing and promotion: The Event & Lifestyle Coordinator is also responsible for event marketing and promotion, which may include creating event flyers, social media posts, and other promotional materials to generate excitement and attendance.
- Coordinate with on-site staff: The Event & Lifestyle Coordinator will work closely with on-site staff to ensure events are supported and promoted within the community. This may include coordinating with property managers, leasing
Bachelor's Degree In Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Event Planning And Coordination, Preferably In The Real Estate Or Property Management Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Planning And Executing Large-Scale Events, Such As Conferences, Trade Shows, And Community Events.
Excellent Organizational And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Multitask And Meet Tight Deadlines.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Stakeholders And Vendors To Ensure Successful Event Outcomes.
