In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of employee relations and providing strategic HR guidance to our organization. This is a senior leadership position that requires strong communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, at least 7 years of experience in HR, and a proven track record of managing employee relations in a large organization.   1. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures related to employee relations to promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
  2. Serve as the main point of contact for all employee relations issues, including investigations, conflicts, and complaints.
  3. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and employee development.
  4. Conduct regular training and workshops for managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with all levels of employees to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
  6. Monitor and analyze employee relations data to identify trends and recommend proactive solutions to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address any potential HR issues that may arise.
  8. Stay up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations related to employee relations and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and company policies.
  9. Prepare and present reports to senior leadership on HR metrics and employee relations activities.
  10. Manage and mentor a team of HR professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.
  11. Develop and maintain a positive and collaborative working relationship with external HR partners and vendors.
  12. Represent the company in legal proceedings related to employee relations matters.
  13. Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify areas for improvement in employee retention and satisfaction.
  14. Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes related to employee relations and HR initiatives.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve employee relations processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Employee Relations And Human Resources, Preferably In A Leadership Role.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Federal And State Employment Laws And Regulations.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Resolve Employee Conflicts.

  • Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Successful Hr Strategies And Initiatives To Support The Company's Goals And Objectives.
