In this role, you will play a crucial role in supporting our development projects by conducting market research, financial analysis, and project management.   1. Conduct market research to identify potential development opportunities and provide insights to guide decision-making.
  2. Perform financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost-benefit analysis, to evaluate the feasibility and profitability of development projects.
  3. Support project management by creating and maintaining project schedules, tracking progress, and managing project timelines.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, construction, and finance, to ensure alignment and efficient execution of projects.
  5. Communicate project updates and progress to key stakeholders, including senior management and investors.
  6. Monitor and analyze industry trends and market conditions to inform development strategies.
  7. Assist in the preparation of project proposals, presentations, and reports.
  8. Coordinate due diligence efforts, including site visits and document review.
  9. Manage project budgets and track expenses to ensure projects stay within budget.
  10. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project success.
  11. Support the development team in negotiating and closing deals with investors, partners, and vendors.
  12. Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards to ensure compliance with all requirements.
  13. Demonstrate a strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
  14. Proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  15. Uphold Greystar's values and represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
