- Assist in the planning and coordination of construction projects under the guidance of experienced professionals.
- Learn and apply construction techniques and methods to support the team in achieving project goals.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.
- Conduct on-site inspections and monitor progress to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
- Review and analyze project plans and specifications to identify any potential issues or discrepancies.
- Communicate effectively with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to maintain positive relationships and resolve any issues.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and meeting minutes.
- Attend project meetings and contribute ideas and solutions to improve project outcomes.
- Continuously seek opportunities to learn and develop new skills and knowledge in the construction industry.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety protocols, at all times.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and take ownership of assigned tasks to ensure timely completion of projects.

Relevant Education: A Construction Intern At Greystar Should Have A Degree Or Be Currently Enrolled In A Construction-Related Program, Such As Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Or Architecture. This Will Ensure That The Intern Has A Strong Foundation In The Technical Aspects Of Construction.
Strong Communication Skills: The Intern Should Possess Excellent Communication Skills, Both Verbal And Written. This Will Allow Them To Effectively Communicate With Team Members, Clients, And Contractors Throughout The Construction Process.
Attention To Detail: Construction Interns Must Have A Keen Eye For Detail And Be Able To Spot Potential Problems Or Errors In Design Plans Or Construction Processes. This Quality Is Crucial In Ensuring The Quality And Safety Of The Final Product.
Time Management Skills: Construction Projects Often Have Strict Deadlines, And Interns Must Be Able To Manage Their Time Effectively To Meet These Deadlines. This Includes Being Able To Prioritize Tasks, Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously, And Work Efficiently Under Pressure.
