As a Community Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our residents by providing excellent customer service and support. - Provide exceptional customer service to residents, prospective residents, and other members of the community.
- Act as the first point of contact for residents and handle all inquiries, requests, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about the property and its amenities to effectively communicate with residents and potential residents.
- Collaborate with property management to ensure all resident needs and issues are addressed and resolved in a timely manner.
- Assist with resident move-ins and move-outs, including conducting apartment tours and coordinating with maintenance and leasing teams.
- Create and maintain a welcoming and positive community atmosphere for residents and visitors.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident interactions and communications.
- Monitor and respond to online reviews and feedback from residents and potential residents.
- Assist with planning and executing resident events and activities to foster a sense of community.
- Continuously identify areas for improvement and make suggestions to enhance resident satisfaction and retention.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in customer service to improve job performance.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures and ensure compliance with fair housing laws and regulations.
- Complete other duties and projects as assigned by management.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Community Support Or Case Management.
Knowledge Of Local Resources And Services For Individuals With Mental Health Or Substance Abuse Issues.
Ability To Work Independently And Collaboratively With A Team.
