
Community Manager- Flora (Lease-up)

- Develop and maintain a positive and welcoming community atmosphere for all residents.
- Oversee all leasing efforts and strategies to reach and maintain occupancy goals.
- Develop and implement marketing plans to attract prospective residents.
- Create and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective residents.
- Train and mentor leasing and maintenance team members to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions with residents and team members.
- Manage and oversee all financial aspects of the community, including budgeting and forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
- Coordinate and oversee all maintenance and repair projects to ensure timely and quality completion.
- Develop and implement community events and activities to foster a sense of community among residents.
- Communicate regularly with upper management to provide updates on community performance and progress.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve and enhance the community and resident experience.
- Handle and resolve resident complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate and organized records, including leasing and resident information.
- Collaborate with other departments and team members to ensure a seamless and cohesive community experience.
Excellent Communication Skills: As A Community Manager, Flora Must Possess Exceptional Communication Skills To Effectively Interact With Residents, Team Members, And Stakeholders. This Includes Both Verbal And Written Communication.
Customer Service Oriented: Flora Must Have A Strong Focus On Providing Exceptional Customer Service To Residents And Potential Residents. This Includes Being Responsive, Empathetic, And Solution-Oriented.
Marketing And Leasing Experience: Flora Should Have Prior Experience In Marketing And Leasing, Preferably In A Lease-Up Community. This Includes The Ability To Create And Implement Marketing Strategies, Conduct Property Tours, And Close Leasing Deals.
Leadership And Team Management: As The Leader Of The Community, Flora Must Have Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Manage A Team Effectively. This Includes Delegation, Conflict Resolution, And Promoting A Positive Work Culture.
Knowledge Of Property Management Laws And Regulations: Flora Must Have A Thorough Understanding Of Property Management Laws And Regulations To Ensure The Community Is Compliant And Operating Within Legal Guidelines. This Includes Fair Housing Laws, Lease Agreements, And Safety Regulations.
