1. Develop and maintain a positive and welcoming community atmosphere for all residents.
2. Oversee all leasing efforts and strategies to reach and maintain occupancy goals.
3. Develop and implement marketing plans to attract prospective residents.
4. Create and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective residents.
5. Train and mentor leasing and maintenance team members to ensure exceptional customer service.
6. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions with residents and team members.
7. Manage and oversee all financial aspects of the community, including budgeting and forecasting.
8. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
9. Coordinate and oversee all maintenance and repair projects to ensure timely and quality completion.
10. Develop and implement community events and activities to foster a sense of community among residents.
11. Communicate regularly with upper management to provide updates on community performance and progress.
12. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and enhance the community and resident experience.
13. Handle and resolve resident complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
14. Maintain accurate and organized records, including leasing and resident information.
15. Collaborate with other departments and team members to ensure a seamless and cohesive community experience.
