  1. Foster and maintain positive relationships with residents, staff, and community members.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to promote a sense of community and belonging within the property.
  3. Ensure resident satisfaction by addressing and resolving any concerns or issues in a timely and effective manner.
  4. Create and execute resident events and programs to promote a positive and engaging community atmosphere.
  5. Monitor and maintain the property's online reputation through effective communication and response to reviews and feedback.
  6. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the property, including leasing, maintenance, and financial management.
  7. Hire, train, and manage a team of dedicated staff members to provide exceptional customer service and maintain the property to Greystar standards.
  8. Monitor and analyze market trends and competition to make strategic decisions for the property.
  9. Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent Greystar in a positive manner at all times.
  10. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and fair housing regulations.
  11. Collaborate with regional and corporate teams to ensure the success of the property.
  12. Maintain accurate and organized records and reports related to the property.
  13. Continuously seek opportunities to improve resident satisfaction and overall property performance.
  14. Serve as the primary point of contact for residents and handle all inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  15. Embody Greystar's core values and promote a positive work culture within the team and community.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience In Property Management: A Community Manager At Greystar Real Estate Partners Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In Property Management, Preferably In The Multifamily Housing Industry. This Experience Will Ensure That The Candidate Is Familiar With The Day-To-Day Operations Of A Property And Can Effectively Manage A Team.

  • Strong Communication Skills: As A Community Manager, Effective Communication Is Key To Success. The Candidate Should Have Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills To Interact With Residents, Team Members, And Upper Management. They Should Also Be Able To Resolve Conflicts And Handle Difficult Situations With Ease.

  • Leadership And Team Management Abilities: A Community Manager Should Have Proven Leadership Skills And Be Able To Manage A Team Effectively. They Should Be Able To Delegate Tasks, Provide Guidance And Support, And Foster A Positive And Productive Work Environment.

  • Knowledge Of Local Market And Industry Trends: Greystar Real Estate Partners Operates In Various Markets Across The Country. Therefore, The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Good Understanding Of The Local Market And Industry Trends. This Will Allow Them To Make Informed Decisions And Effectively Manage The Property.

  • Customer Service Orientation: Providing Excellent Customer Service Is A Top Priority For Greystar Real Estate Partners. The Community Manager Should Have A Customer-Centric Approach And Be Dedicated To Meeting The Needs And Expectations Of Residents. They Should Also Have Experience In Handling Resident Inquiries And Concerns In A Timely And Professional Manner.
