- Develop and maintain a positive and inclusive community culture within the residential properties.
- Foster strong relationships with residents, staff, and community stakeholders.
- Oversee and manage all aspects of property operations including leasing, resident relations, and maintenance.
- Ensure the property is well-maintained and in compliance with all regulations and company standards.
- Respond to resident concerns and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and implement resident retention programs to enhance resident satisfaction.
- Develop and manage the property budget, including rent collections and expense control.
- Train and supervise property staff, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations.
- Plan and organize community events and activities to promote a sense of belonging and resident engagement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses, organizations, and other community partners.
- Stay current on market trends and competition to identify and implement strategies to attract and retain residents.
- Ensure all leasing and property management policies and procedures are followed.
- Collaborate with marketing and leasing teams to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
- Act as a liaison between residents and property owners, providing regular updates and reports.
- Maintain accurate and organized records and reports related to property operations.
- Ensure all safety and security measures are in place and followed.
- Continuously strive for excellence and seek opportunities for improvement in property operations and resident satisfaction.
