  1. Develop and maintain a positive and inclusive community culture within the residential properties.
  2. Foster strong relationships with residents, staff, and community stakeholders.
  3. Oversee and manage all aspects of property operations including leasing, resident relations, and maintenance.
  4. Ensure the property is well-maintained and in compliance with all regulations and company standards.
  5. Respond to resident concerns and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  6. Develop and implement resident retention programs to enhance resident satisfaction.
  7. Develop and manage the property budget, including rent collections and expense control.
  8. Train and supervise property staff, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations.
  9. Plan and organize community events and activities to promote a sense of belonging and resident engagement.
  10. Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses, organizations, and other community partners.
  11. Stay current on market trends and competition to identify and implement strategies to attract and retain residents.
  12. Ensure all leasing and property management policies and procedures are followed.
  13. Collaborate with marketing and leasing teams to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
  14. Act as a liaison between residents and property owners, providing regular updates and reports.
  15. Maintain accurate and organized records and reports related to property operations.
  16. Ensure all safety and security measures are in place and followed.
  17. Continuously strive for excellence and seek opportunities for improvement in property operations and resident satisfaction.
