- Oversee the daily operations of the community, including but not limited to leasing, maintenance, and resident relations.
- Foster a sense of community and belonging for residents through regular events and interactions.
- Ensure the community is maintained to the highest standards and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage the community budget and financial performance, including rent collection and expense management.
- Supervise and motivate a team of leasing consultants, maintenance technicians, and other staff members.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, vendors, and local organizations.
- Implement marketing and advertising strategies to attract and retain residents.
- Address and resolve resident concerns and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and competition in the area to make recommendations for improving the community.
- Collaborate with regional and corporate teams to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Train and mentor new team members to uphold company standards and values.
- Uphold fair housing laws and regulations in all interactions with residents and team members.
- Continuously seek out opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate and organized records and reports related to the community's operations.
Strong Communication Skills: A Community Manager At Greystar Real Estate Partners Must Have Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills In Order To Effectively Interact With Residents, Team Members, And Stakeholders.
Property Management Experience: Previous Experience In Property Management Is A Must For A Community Manager At Greystar Real Estate Partners. This Includes Knowledge Of Leasing, Marketing, Budgeting, And Maintenance.
Customer Service Orientation: A Community Manager Should Have A Customer-Centric Approach And The Ability To Provide Exceptional Customer Service To Residents And Potential Residents.
Leadership Abilities: As A Community Manager, One Must Have Strong Leadership Skills To Effectively Manage A Team Of Leasing Consultants, Maintenance Technicians, And Other Staff Members.
Organizational Skills: This Role Requires Excellent Organizational Skills To Manage The Day-To-Day Operations Of The Community, Including Scheduling, Budgeting, And Resident Communications.
