  1. Oversee the daily operations of the community, including but not limited to leasing, maintenance, and resident relations.
  2. Foster a sense of community and belonging for residents through regular events and interactions.
  3. Ensure the community is maintained to the highest standards and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  4. Manage the community budget and financial performance, including rent collection and expense management.
  5. Supervise and motivate a team of leasing consultants, maintenance technicians, and other staff members.
  6. Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, vendors, and local organizations.
  7. Implement marketing and advertising strategies to attract and retain residents.
  8. Address and resolve resident concerns and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  9. Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
  10. Stay up-to-date on market trends and competition in the area to make recommendations for improving the community.
  11. Collaborate with regional and corporate teams to achieve company goals and objectives.
  12. Train and mentor new team members to uphold company standards and values.
  13. Uphold fair housing laws and regulations in all interactions with residents and team members.
  14. Continuously seek out opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
  15. Maintain accurate and organized records and reports related to the community's operations.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Communication Skills: A Community Manager At Greystar Real Estate Partners Must Have Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills In Order To Effectively Interact With Residents, Team Members, And Stakeholders.

  • Property Management Experience: Previous Experience In Property Management Is A Must For A Community Manager At Greystar Real Estate Partners. This Includes Knowledge Of Leasing, Marketing, Budgeting, And Maintenance.

  • Customer Service Orientation: A Community Manager Should Have A Customer-Centric Approach And The Ability To Provide Exceptional Customer Service To Residents And Potential Residents.

  • Leadership Abilities: As A Community Manager, One Must Have Strong Leadership Skills To Effectively Manage A Team Of Leasing Consultants, Maintenance Technicians, And Other Staff Members.

  • Organizational Skills: This Role Requires Excellent Organizational Skills To Manage The Day-To-Day Operations Of The Community, Including Scheduling, Budgeting, And Resident Communications.
