- Greet and welcome residents and guests to the community in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist with leasing efforts by scheduling and conducting property tours, responding to inquiries, and following up with potential residents.
- Handle resident concerns and inquiries, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution.
- Maintain organized and accurate resident records, including leases, move-in/move-out paperwork, and rent payments.
- Plan and execute resident events and activities to foster a sense of community and promote resident retention.
- Work closely with the property management team to ensure all community amenities and common areas are well-maintained and visually appealing.
- Proactively communicate with residents to provide updates on community news, events, and policies.
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop and implement strategies to attract and retain residents.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and competition to make informed decisions and recommendations.
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with residents, vendors, and colleagues.
Excellent Communication Skills: Community Assistants Must Possess Strong Written And Verbal Communication Skills In Order To Effectively Communicate With Residents, Colleagues, And Management.
Customer Service Orientation: A Community Assistant Should Have A Friendly And Approachable Attitude, With A Focus On Providing Exceptional Customer Service To Residents And Visitors.
