  1. Assist the Community Manager in the daily operations and management of the property.
  2. Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Oversee the leasing process, including conducting tours, processing applications, and preparing lease agreements.
  4. Manage rent collection and delinquency, ensuring all payments are received on time and taking appropriate action for any late payments.
  5. Assist with budget planning and financial management of the property, including monitoring expenses and preparing reports.
  6. Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure all work orders and repairs are completed in a timely manner.
  7. Provide exceptional customer service to residents, prospective residents, and vendors.
  8. Maintain accurate and organized records, including resident files, financial documents, and leasing paperwork.
  9. Conduct regular property inspections to ensure cleanliness and adherence to company standards.
  10. Assist with marketing and advertising efforts to attract and retain residents.
  11. Collaborate with other team members to create a positive and productive work environment.
  12. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and best practices.
  13. Assist with resident events and community outreach initiatives to foster a strong sense of community.
  14. Support the Community Manager in achieving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction goals.
  15. Uphold company policies and procedures, including fair housing laws, at all times.
