We are currently seeking an Assistant Community Manager to join our dynamic team. As an Assistant Community Manager, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall satisfaction of our residents and maintaining the success of our communities. We are looking for a highly organized and customer-oriented individual with strong communication skills to assist in the day-to-day management of our properties.   1. Assist in the day-to-day management of our properties, including but not limited to answering resident inquiries, handling resident concerns, and ensuring timely completion of work orders.
  2. Collaborate with the Community Manager to create and implement strategies to enhance resident satisfaction and retention.
  3. Provide excellent customer service to our residents by promptly addressing any issues or concerns and maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times.
  4. Assist in the leasing process by conducting property tours, processing applications, and preparing leases.
  5. Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure timely completion of work orders and maintenance requests.
  6. Conduct move-in and move-out inspections, and ensure that units are prepared for new residents.
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident information, lease agreements, and other important documents.
  8. Assist in creating and implementing marketing strategies to attract new residents and maintain high occupancy rates.
  9. Communicate effectively with residents, team members, and vendors to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  10. Stay informed about local market trends and competitors to make recommendations for improving the overall success of our communities.
  11. Assist with budgeting and financial management by monitoring expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  12. Uphold the company's policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with fair housing laws and regulations.
  13. Attend regular team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies, procedures, and industry trends.
  14. Any other duties as assigned by the Community Manager.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Property Management Experience, Preferably In Multifamily Or Student Housing.

  • Knowledge Of Federal, State, And Local Fair Housing Laws And Regulations.

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Property Management Software, Such As Yardi Or Realpage.
