In this role, you will work closely with our Community Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and resident satisfaction of our apartment community.   1. Assist the Community Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the apartment community.
  2. Communicate effectively with residents, potential residents, and team members to ensure a positive and welcoming community atmosphere.
  3. Handle resident inquiries, requests, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Maintain accurate and organized records of resident information, leases, and payments.
  5. Assist with coordinating and overseeing community events and activities to promote resident engagement and satisfaction.
  6. Work with the Community Manager to ensure the property is well-maintained, clean, and attractive at all times.
  7. Help maintain and update the property's social media accounts and online presence.
  8. Conduct property tours for potential residents and assist with the leasing process.
  9. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective strategies to attract new residents.
  10. Assist with budgeting and financial management for the property.
  11. Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and fair housing laws.
  12. Train and supervise leasing and maintenance staff.
  13. Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor communities, and industry developments.
  14. Continuously strive to improve resident satisfaction and retention.
  15. Perform any other duties as assigned by the Community Manager.
