- Assist the Community Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the apartment community.
- Communicate effectively with residents, potential residents, and team members to ensure a positive and welcoming community atmosphere.
- Handle resident inquiries, requests, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of resident information, leases, and payments.
- Assist with coordinating and overseeing community events and activities to promote resident engagement and satisfaction.
- Work with the Community Manager to ensure the property is well-maintained, clean, and attractive at all times.
- Help maintain and update the property's social media accounts and online presence.
- Conduct property tours for potential residents and assist with the leasing process.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective strategies to attract new residents.
- Assist with budgeting and financial management for the property.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and fair housing laws.
- Train and supervise leasing and maintenance staff.
- Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor communities, and industry developments.
- Continuously strive to improve resident satisfaction and retention.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Community Manager.
Knowledge Of Fair Housing Laws And Regulations.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Experience In Property Management Or Customer Service.
Experience With Property Management Software, Such As Yardi Or Realpage.
