- Assist in the daily operations and management of the community, including but not limited to leasing, resident relations, and maintenance coordination.
- Ensure exceptional living experiences for residents by providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including lease agreements, rent payments, and resident information.
- Assist in creating and implementing marketing strategies to attract and retain residents.
- Handle leasing inquiries and conduct tours of the community to potential residents.
- Collaborate with the Community Manager to develop and manage the community's budget and monitor expenses.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure timely and quality completion of work orders and unit turnovers.
- Respond to emergency situations and follow proper protocols.
- Conduct move-in and move-out inspections and ensure resident satisfaction.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the local market and competition.
- Assist in the screening and selection of new team members.
- Uphold company policies and procedures and ensure fair and consistent application.
- Attend and participate in training and meetings as required.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times.
- Other duties as assigned.
