  1. Assist the community manager in all aspects of property management, including leasing, resident relations, and maintenance coordination.
  2. Greet and welcome potential residents, provide property tours, and assist with the leasing process.
  3. Respond to resident inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Maintain a high level of customer service and ensure resident satisfaction.
  5. Assist with the development and implementation of marketing strategies to attract new residents and retain current ones.
  6. Collect and process rental payments, maintain accurate records, and handle resident account inquiries.
  7. Conduct move-in and move-out inspections and ensure units are prepared for new residents.
  8. Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely completion of work orders.
  9. Assist with the preparation of monthly financial reports and budgets.
  10. Maintain knowledge of current real estate market trends and competition in the local area.
  11. Act as a liaison between residents and management, ensuring effective communication and resolution of any issues.
  12. Assist with the organization and execution of resident events and community outreach programs.
  13. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and fair housing laws.
  14. Continuously strive to improve resident experience and overall community performance.
  15. Collaborate with other team members to achieve company goals and objectives.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience In Property Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In Property Management, Preferably In The Multifamily Industry. This Will Demonstrate A Strong Understanding Of The Role And Responsibilities Of An Assistant Community Manager.

  • Strong Communication Skills: As An Assistant Community Manager, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Communicating With Tenants, Vendors, And Other Team Members. Therefore, Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills Are Essential.

  • Knowledge Of Fair Housing Laws: The Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Fair Housing Laws And Regulations To Ensure Compliance And Avoid Any Potential Legal Issues.

  • Customer Service Oriented: The Candidate Should Have A Customer-Centric Approach And Be Able To Provide Excellent Customer Service To Tenants. This Will Help Maintain A Positive Relationship With Tenants And Contribute To Tenant Retention.

  • Organizational And Multitasking Abilities: The Role Of An Assistant Community Manager Involves Handling Multiple Tasks, Such As Leasing, Rent Collection, Maintenance Requests, And Tenant Inquiries. The Candidate Should Have Strong Organizational And Multitasking Abilities To Effectively Manage These Responsibilities.
