- Develop and manage affordable housing projects in accordance with company goals and objectives.
- Identify and secure funding opportunities for affordable housing projects.
- Collaborate with local government agencies and non-profit organizations to facilitate the development of affordable housing.
- Conduct market research and analysis to determine the need for affordable housing in the community.
- Coordinate and manage the application process for affordable housing programs and subsidies.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to affordable housing.
- Monitor and report on the progress and success of affordable housing projects.
- Establish and maintain relationships with community stakeholders, including residents, local organizations, and government officials.
- Develop and implement strategies to promote diversity and inclusivity within affordable housing communities.
- Train and educate team members on affordable housing policies and procedures.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices related to affordable housing.
- Represent the company at community events and meetings to promote affordable housing initiatives.
- Collaborate with property management teams to ensure the efficient and effective operation of affordable housing communities.
- Develop and maintain a strong network of affordable housing partners and resources.
- Act as an advocate for affordable housing and work towards creating positive change in the community.
Bachelor's Degree In Social Work, Urban Planning, Public Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Affordable Housing Programs Or Community Development.
Familiarity With Federal, State, And Local Affordable Housing Regulations And Programs.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work With Diverse Populations.
Experience In Project Management, Including Budgeting, Grant Writing, And Reporting.
