3. Collaborate with property management teams to identify and implement affordable housing initiatives in new and existing properties.
4. Coordinate and oversee the application and leasing process for affordable housing units, ensuring fair and equal access for all applicants.
5. Conduct regular audits to ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all affordable housing programs.
6. Serve as a liaison between property management teams, residents, and government agencies to resolve any issues or concerns related to affordable housing.
7. Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote available affordable housing units and attract qualified applicants.
8. Monitor and track occupancy and income levels to ensure ongoing compliance with affordable housing regulations.
9. Provide ongoing training and support to property management teams on affordable housing regulations and processes.
10. Prepare and submit reports to government agencies and upper management on the status and effectiveness of affordable housing programs.
11. Continuously seek out new affordable housing opportunities and funding sources to expand and improve current programs.
12. Represent the company at community events and meetings to promote affordable housing initiatives and build relationships with key stakeholders.
13. Adhere to ethical and professional standards in all interactions and ensure fair treatment of all applicants and residents.
14. Maintain accurate and organized records of all affordable housing activities and initiatives.
