Audio Visual Lead

Responsibility for supporting and maintaining the Audio Video environment for GreenSky. Performs research on AV systems, analyzes challenges, issues, and requirements, and recommends products and services for potential upgrades and enhancements to the AV environment. Integrates equipment, performs maintenance, and executes solutions to issues with limited supervision. Provide support/monitoring and take ownership of the video and audio services offered to management, associates, and clients/visitors of the company. Facilitate video conferences and services for larger groups within the company and to external sites. Maintain software, firmware, and driver software of video conference hardware, including ensuring that it passes all security protocols.
