Job Description

Review and respond to RFPs (Request for Proposals) from Government entities. Assist the sales team and Pricing team in preparing customer quotes. Assist in strategizing and closing sales. Provide pre-sales design and application support for all Voice and Data products. Provide post sales technical support to the sales organization and implementation teams. Prepare and deliver technical training to the sales team in a group or one-on-one setting Provide network drawings involving Call Flow diagrams, data network architectures, voice system configurations and local exchange services. Provide technical write up of the solution in support of proposal submission. Provide product demonstrations and whiteboard presentations for prospective customers and installed customer base. Provide project management technical oversight on major projects. Prepare and deliver product presentations to technical and executive audiences.

Job Qualifications

  • Eight years of network engineering experience in a telecommunications provider or telecom vendor environment with sales support

  • Solid understanding of legacy telco infrastructure, networking, government specific security, cloud services, hosting and I/A/PaaS

  • Knowledge of FAR and other Government Acquisition Regulations are desired

  • CCNA or higher, or MEF-CECP or higher
