- Provide instruction and guidance to nursing students in the Missouri Foundations/Fundamentals Clinical/Lab program.
- Act as a mentor and role model for students, sharing your knowledge and expertise as a Registered Nurse.
- Prepare and deliver engaging and interactive lessons that align with the program curriculum and learning objectives.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where students feel supported and motivated to learn.
- Design and implement hands-on learning experiences in a clinical setting, allowing students to gain practical and applicable skills.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve and develop as future healthcare professionals.
- Stay up-to-date with current nursing practices and industry trends to ensure the curriculum remains relevant and effective.
- Collaborate with other faculty members and academic staff to continuously improve the program and enhance the student learning experience.
- Maintain open and effective communication with students, colleagues, and university administration.

Active Rn License In The State Of Missouri: The Adjunct Rn Faculty Must Hold A Current And Active Rn License In The State Of Missouri In Order To Be Eligible For The Position. This Ensures That The Individual Is Knowledgeable About The State's Nursing Laws And Regulations.
Master's Degree In Nursing Or A Related Field: A Minimum Of A Master's Degree In Nursing Or A Related Field Is Required For This Position. This Ensures That The Individual Has A Strong Understanding Of Nursing Principles And Can Effectively Teach The Fundamentals Of Nursing.
Previous Teaching Experience: The Ideal Candidate For This Position Will Have Previous Teaching Experience, Preferably In A Clinical Setting. This Demonstrates Their Ability To Effectively Educate And Mentor Nursing Students.
Clinical Expertise In Foundations/Fundamentals Nursing: The Adjunct Rn Faculty Must Have Extensive Clinical Expertise In Foundations/Fundamentals Nursing. This Includes A Deep Understanding Of Patient Care, Medication Administration, And Other Essential Nursing Skills.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As An Educator, The Adjunct Rn Faculty Must Possess Strong Communication Skills And Be Able To Effectively Interact With Students, Colleagues, And Other Healthcare Professionals.
