Product Manager Intern

We’re excited to be searching for a highly motivated and passionate Product Manager Intern to join our team at Graco. This important role will require someone who is eager to learn and grow with us, as well as bring a fresh and innovative perspective to our product strategy. The ideal candidate for this role will possess a degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field. A background in product management and experience in developing and launching products is also preferred. Additionally, we are looking for someone who has excellent communication and problem-solving skills, is highly organized, and is able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Above all, the successful candidate should be passionate about developing the best products and creating a great customer experience.

Responsibilities: • Suggest product strategies to meet customer needs • Develop and launch products according to market demand • Collect customer feedback and use it to adjust product strategies accordingly • Test and analyze new products to ensure they meet quality standards • Keep abreast of market trends to adjust product strategies accordingly • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches • Create and manage product documentation • Track product performance and report back to stakeholders • Manage product budgets and timelines • Lead customer feedback and research sessions • Monitor competitor products and strategies
