Job Description

Newell Rubbermaid is a global marketer of consumer and commercial products with recognized brands include Sharpie, Graco, Paper Mate, Rubbermaid to name a few. In this role you will develop and leverage internal and external partnerships to maximize the achievement of distribution goals. Develop, recommend, and implement operational enhancements for growing the business and reducing operating costs. Provides overall direction to shift supervisors and leads daily. Develop and comply with all internal and external safety regulations.

Job Qualifications

  • 4 year degree in supply chain or related field.

  • 3-5 years’ experience leading leaders.

  • Six Sigma, TQM, and Lean knowledge highly desirable.

  • Ability to lead and develop skills of direct reports (hourly and professional).
